Inscribed 'JOHN POLSON SERJANT, 21 ROYAL SCOTCH FUSILIERS', further decorated with various symbols including a mermaid, a hunter, a figure on horseback, fish, a goose, a beehive, Noah's Ark, and sun and moon motifs -- 5in. (12.5 cm) high; 4.1/4in. (11 cm) diameter.
